Key Responsibilities

• Lead core tax operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in filings, remittances, and account balancing
• Serve as the escalation point for complex tax issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them
• Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance workflows and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tax operations, payroll tax, or compliance with leadership responsibilities
• Hands-on experience with MasterTax, including filings and reconciliations
• Strong knowledge of tax filing processes and compliance requirements
• Proven ability to resolve discrepancies in a high-volume operational environment
• Track record of identifying process gaps and implementing scalable improvements
