Job Summary

Leading the Tax Payments team and overseeing the Tax Health Check program, the full-time remote Tax Operations Manager will manage payroll tax collections, ensure quality control, and drive process improvements to enhance customer compliance and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain quality control frameworks to ensure accurate and timely payroll tax collections and payments
• Drive process improvement initiatives for the Tax Health Check program to increase customer provisioning and compliance protection

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in payroll tax
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute standardized operational processes
• Experience designing or operating quality control programs in a tax or financial operations environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
