Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Operations Specialist to support the HCM Tax Department in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Import client tax liability from payroll platforms and ensure timely and accurate payroll tax payments and filings
  • Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns, including amended returns, and maintain client tax information
  • Run payroll tax reports, identify discrepancies, and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Extremely organized with the ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work well under pressure
