• Run discovery conversations to uncover inefficiencies in tax preparation, filing, and client servicing
• Translate day-to-day processes into structured AI-driven voice workflows and support the sales process with insights

Required Qualifications

• Experience in tax, accounting, or bookkeeping environments (public or private)
• Strong understanding of client communication cycles, particularly during peak seasons
• Experience managing or supporting high volumes of client inquiries and follow-ups
• Ability to articulate operational pain points and map them to solutions
• Comfortable working with technical teams to implement automation
