Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Paralegal for a 4-month contract, fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tax planning efforts for global expansion and product launches
• Conduct research and analysis on various tax topics
• Support tax controversy matters and manage contract review process

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Paralegal experience
• B.S. or B.A. and paralegal certification or equivalent experience
• Fluency in translating legal concepts into applicable guidance
• Experience with tax accounting and product-related tax matters
• Experience with tax exams and litigation
