Tax Planning Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company in the financial industry is looking for a Tax Planning Senior Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement tax planning and risk mitigation opportunities across the GE Vernova businesses
• Provide tax support to the GE Vernova Treasury function on matters such as intercompany financing and hedging
• Provide tax support to the Business Development organization supporting acquisitions and divestitures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent knowledge or experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Significant experience in US tax, preferably in a multinational corporation or public accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of international tax laws and regulations
• Experience in US tax planning and strategy development
• Professional certification, such as CPA, CMA, or CITP
