Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax & Accounting Pod Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct quality assurance checks on completed work for accuracy and compliance
• Provide on-the-floor support to Pod associates, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Tax, Bookkeeping, Payroll, or Advisory, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and relevant software
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities effectively
