Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Tax Preparer (State Licensed) will prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations, manage financial records, and assist with client onboarding in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations, ensuring compliance with tax laws
• Collect, organize, and input financial data into tax software for accuracy
• Assist with onboarding new clients to establish strong initial relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Suite
• Prior experience in tax preparation, particularly with LLCs and S Corporations
• Detail-oriented and adaptable professional with a client-focused service background
