Job Summary

As a full-time remote Tax Preparer, the successful candidate will prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations, manage financial records, and assist with client onboarding while fostering strong client relationships in a supportive virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations, ensuring compliance with tax laws
• Collect, organize, and input financial data into tax software for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth transition and build strong relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in tax preparation, particularly with LLCs and S Corporations
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on client service
