Tax Product Owner

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner (Tax) to lead the product strategy and execution for multiple tax and HR products within a full-time remote role, focusing on managing complex product roadmaps, delivering high-value features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for tax and HR products, ensuring alignment with market needs
• Drive delivery timelines while maintaining product quality, leading sprint planning, and prioritizing features based on business value
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to facilitate successful product delivery and stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management/product owner experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Proven track record of managing multiple B2B SaaS products simultaneously
• Deep domain expertise in payroll, HR, or HCM software products
• Experience with complex, regulated products requiring compliance knowledge (tax, labor laws, etc.)
• MBA or advanced degree in Business or related field preferred
