Tax Program Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax & Operations Program Coordinator to support mobility programs through reporting and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage TRWA/work program, including monitoring requests and responding to policy and tax questions
• Track international assignment cost estimates and provide necessary reports to finance and tax providers
• Coordinate tax-related processes, including proof of fund deposits and tax equalization payments

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in talent mobility, reporting, or project management
• Intermediate accounting and Excel skills required
• Tax background preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
