Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tax Regional Support Sr. Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and resolve complex payroll tax requests and Tier-2 agency notices
- Collaborate with payroll tax customers on agency notices related to acquisitions and mergers
- Engage with tax agencies to resolve payroll tax notices and maintain timely ticket resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of payroll tax experience and/or customer service
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Associate degree or higher preferred
