Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Regional Support Sr. Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve complex payroll tax requests and Tier-2 agency notices
  • Collaborate with payroll tax customers on agency notices related to acquisitions and mergers
  • Engage with tax agencies to resolve payroll tax notices and maintain timely ticket resolution


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years of payroll tax experience and/or customer service
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
