Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Registration Specialist I to manage tax registrations and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end tax registrations, including account setup and closures
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance by validating client data and maintaining agency records
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and support form completion
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in payroll, tax, or related operational roles
  • Familiarity with US federal, state, and local tax agencies and employer account types
  • Experience with payroll or tax platforms, case management, or ticketing tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a high-volume environment
