Tax Registration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Registration Specialist responsible for supporting daily tax registration operations within the Tax Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end tax registration process, including rejections and case resolution
• Prepare various tax transactions, such as registration applications and notifications
• Interface with customers to keep them informed of tax registration activities and manage assigned cases

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Payroll and Payroll Tax
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Experience with multistate business tax registrations and/or licensing is preferred
• Associate degree in a related field is preferred
• Previous experience with TaxEx, Workday, PeopleSoft, or other ERP HR/Payroll systems is preferred
