Key Responsibilities

• Support customers' payroll tax activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and filing tax returns
• Enhance and support the online payroll tax engine using payroll and tax expertise along with customer feedback
• Research and resolve customer tax notices and assist Full Service customers with payroll tax issues
