Tax Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review taxable income analysis and calculations
• Supervise and mentor less experienced tax team members
• Drive tax communications, both internally and externally

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of tax experience in the asset management sector, with focus on venture capital or private equity
• Experience with federal partnership returns, waterfalls, and partnership agreements
• Experience with compliance obligations related to outbound foreign investments, state income tax returns, and foreign inbound investor reporting
• Deep experience with process improvement and automation
