Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tax Regional Support Sr. Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to research and address complex payroll tax requests and issues
- Resolve Tier-2 agency notices including out-of-state wages, third-party sick pay, etc
- Engage with federal, state, and local tax agencies to resolve payroll tax notices
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of payroll tax experience and/or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Associate degree or higher (preferred)
- CPP/FPC certification (preferred)
