A company is looking for a Tax Support Specialist IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line payroll tax customer support via case management, phone, and virtual meetings
• Manage a portfolio of cases, delivering timely updates and ensuring resolution within established service levels
• Analyze payroll tax filings and related data to identify discrepancies and implement solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of payroll tax experience (multi-jurisdictional experience preferred)
• Direct experience with payroll tax filings and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods, including occasional weekend work
