Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Technology Transformation Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize process and technology improvements
• Lead redesign and automation of inefficient processes within the Tax practice
• Serve as the internal advocate for tax technology platforms and manage their implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; interest in IT or Data Analytics is a plus
• Seven or more years of tax or accounting experience in a public accounting firm
• Experience with change management, process improvement, or technology implementation
• Proficiency with AI tools, automation platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with group facilitation techniques
