Job Summary

A company is looking for a Taxonomist to enhance information architecture within their ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and implement HR taxonomies, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational needs
• Develop and expand classification schemes to support content organization and retrieval
• Conduct regular audits and quality control of metadata to ensure taxonomy health and content performance

Required Qualifications

• Experience with taxonomy governance
• Experience with knowledge representation and organization systems (taxonomies, ontologies, and thesauri)
• Experience with structured metadata for knowledge management or cataloging
• Experience supporting complex taxonomies for information delivery
• A Bachelor's Degree in information science, library science, information technology, or a related field
