Job Summary

A company is looking for a TDM Business Partner Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the identification and development of learning-related business initiatives
• Conduct needs assessments, design learning curriculums, and develop content
• Work on special projects related to the Business Partner's learning strategy and firm initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of relevant experience in learning implementation and employee development
• Experience in managing projects, stakeholders, and compiling data for business decisions
• Experience in instructional design and event coordination is preferred
• Ability to work with individuals from multiple levels within the organization and provide executive presence
