Teaching Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support live, online college courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and grade assignments for a group of 30-40 students in an 11-week online course
• Act as a mentor and coach to students, helping them develop new skills and professional growth
• Lead discussion sections and host weekly office hours to reinforce key concepts and build community

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing
• Available to commit 4-6 hours per week, with some flexibility for training
• Passion for student success
