Teaching Assistant
Job Summary
To support students in achieving their CompTIA certification goals, the part-time temporary Teaching Assistant will engage with learners, monitor progress, and conduct workshops in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively engage with students to offer academic and technical support
- Monitor student progress and flag concerns to the instructor
- Conduct workshops, labs, and exam prep sessions
Required qualifications
- Completion of an ACI Learning program containing two or more CompTIA-related courses within the last two years
- At least one current, active technical certification earned through those programs (ITIL excluded)
- Availability to attend every assigned class session on time for the full duration of the contracted course
- Ability to work in a hybrid format (some onsite presence required)
- Commitment to 20 to 25 hours per week for the contract term
