Teaching Assistant for Aerospace

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Teaching Assistant: Aerospace Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to approximately 25-30 Learners in virtual training programs
• Monitor communication channels for Learner questions and facilitate discussions
• Grade Learner submissions and provide feedback for continuous program improvement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, mechanical, or technical operations environments
• Foundational knowledge of technician-level skills related to aerospace roles
• Working knowledge of safety and quality standards in aerospace or manufacturing
• Experience supporting adult learners through tutoring, mentoring, or teaching
• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack
