Job Summary

Supporting the Office of Admissions, the full-time Team Associate I will manage a variety of administrative tasks, assist with applicant services, and handle inbound and outbound communications in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Directs inbound calls, responds to inquiries, and follows up with leads and applicants regarding admissions documents
  • Documents and tracks prospective student interactions in the CRM system while preparing reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Identifies and resolves administrative process issues, participating in the development of new or revised processes
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with 3 years of clerical experience in a customer service environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
