Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Captain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Performance Leader (BPL) in driving performance metrics and communication among EHPs
- Deliver weekly district performance numbers and discuss action items with the Lead Captain to enhance EHP productivity
- Assist in troubleshooting service-related issues and inventory management within the district
Required Qualifications
- Must meet minimum performance metrics, including an $800 Overall PEA and an average of 1 installed referral in the last 120 days
- Ability to adapt to changes with a positive attitude
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to set and achieve clear goals
- Accountability for performance and willingness to create action plans for improvement
- Pro-U Trainer certification preferred but not required
