Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Captain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Business Performance Leader (BPL) in driving performance metrics and communication among EHPs
  • Deliver weekly district performance numbers and discuss action items with the Lead Captain to enhance EHP productivity
  • Assist in troubleshooting service-related issues and inventory management within the district
Required Qualifications
  • Must meet minimum performance metrics, including an $800 Overall PEA and an average of 1 installed referral in the last 120 days
  • Ability to adapt to changes with a positive attitude
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to set and achieve clear goals
  • Accountability for performance and willingness to create action plans for improvement
  • Pro-U Trainer certification preferred but not required
