Job Summary

Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, the remote Team Coordinator, Operations will manage team calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure efficient team performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage team calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments to optimize time and resources
  • Organize team events and support day-to-day operations by tracking deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate records and administer internal systems to support operational effectiveness and compliance
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative, team coordination, operations, or project support role
  • Diploma, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant administrative, project management, or operations-related certification is considered an asset
  • Demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, initiative, and a customer-service mindset
