Job Summary
Team Effectiveness Consultant is a part-time role that involves guiding teams through development experiences to enhance collaboration and dynamics using proprietary models and facilitation methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and debrief team effectiveness diagnostics and facilitate team journeys
- Consult with team leaders and HR partners throughout the team development process
- Lead debrief calls with clients to discuss project status and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in systemic coaching interventions and team development methodologies
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage in contextual dialogue
- Experience in observing and managing team conflict and tension
- Comfort with session design and delivery
- Participation in professional development and training opportunities
