Job Summary

Team Effectiveness Consultant is a part-time role that involves guiding teams through development experiences to enhance collaboration and dynamics using proprietary models and facilitation methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and debrief team effectiveness diagnostics and facilitate team journeys
  • Consult with team leaders and HR partners throughout the team development process
  • Lead debrief calls with clients to discuss project status and enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in systemic coaching interventions and team development methodologies
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage in contextual dialogue
  • Experience in observing and managing team conflict and tension
  • Comfort with session design and delivery
  • Participation in professional development and training opportunities
