Team Lead
Job Summary
To support the designated Program Management Office, the full-time Team Lead will provide senior-level subject matter expertise in advanced analytic capabilities, oversee contractor personnel, and ensure high-quality production of intelligence products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel in support of the designated PMO office
- Lead complex analytic tasks independently and ensure effective coordination of contractor personnel's work
- Support the Program Manager in managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk while maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Intelligence, National Security)
- 10+ years of intelligence analysis or analytic-enabling experience
- Experience supporting Defense Intelligence Agencies
- Prior experience as a Team Lead or task manager on a government intelligence contract
- Deep functional expertise in advanced analytic methodologies and intelligence integration
