Team Lead, Account Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Account Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and motivate the Account Development team while achieving personal outreach targets
• Ensure quality outreach and adherence to processes, including coaching and training team members
• Conduct personalized outreach and research accounts to create customized content that communicates value

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of inside sales or direct sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a clinical research organization or life sciences
• 1+ year of team lead or management experience preferred
• Significant experience with CRM database management, preferably Salesforce
• Proficient in Excel and other relevant software tools
