• Lead employee development through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews while engaging with clients to assist with escalations
• Contribute to team evolution by ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and maintaining high-quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
• Proven track record of success with measurable results
• Experience handling client escalations and managing interactions involving risk or fraud
• Successfully coached individuals to advance in their careers
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends
