Team Lead, Accounts Receivable

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Accounts Receivable Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support global team members by providing assistance and training on the client host system
• Track productivity and quality of Accounts Receivable Representatives and identify areas for improvement
• Follow up with payers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims and perform special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in insurance collections within a medical practice or facility
• Knowledge of denied claims and appeals processes
• Experience with practice management systems, preferably EPIC PB, Allscripts, or Cerner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with basic Excel skills
