Job Summary
Leading a team in a remote environment, the full-time Team Lead, Advisor Onboarding will manage client transitions, ensuring a high-quality onboarding experience while coordinating workflows, coaching team members, and identifying process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of client transitions, coordinating workloads and priorities for timely outcomes
- Manage complex onboarding activities, including custodial onboarding and account transfers
- Train and guide incoming advisors on operational workflows and best practices
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in client service, operations, or advisor onboarding within wealth management or financial services
- Experience managing complex onboarding scenarios or client transitions
- Ability to travel approximately two to three days per quarter and provide flexibility around transition timelines
- Bachelor's degree preferred
