Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Agency Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the final point of escalation for complex booking issues and provide expert-level troubleshooting
  • Deliver coaching and performance support to peers while leading training sessions and identifying skill gaps
  • Monitor operational workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance team effectiveness


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of corporate travel experience with expertise in complex international bookings
  • Expert level proficiency in GDS systems, preferably Amadeus
  • Prior experience in escalation support or peer coaching is preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and operational dashboards is preferred
  • Strong team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset
