Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Agency Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the final point of escalation for complex booking issues and ensure resolution continuity
- Deliver coaching and performance support to peers, while leading training sessions
- Monitor workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate travel experience with expertise in complex international bookings
- Expert proficiency in GDS systems, preferably Amadeus
- Prior experience in escalation support or peer coaching
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and operational dashboards preferred
- Strong team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset
