Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Act as the final point of escalation for complex booking issues and ensure resolution continuity
Deliver coaching and performance support to peers, while leading training sessions
Monitor workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

5+ years of corporate travel experience with expertise in complex international bookings
Expert proficiency in GDS systems, preferably Amadeus
Prior experience in escalation support or peer coaching
Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and operational dashboards preferred
Strong team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset
