Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Agency Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the final point of escalation for complex booking issues and ensure resolution continuity
  • Deliver coaching and performance support to peers, while leading training sessions
  • Monitor workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of corporate travel experience with expertise in complex international bookings
  • Expert proficiency in GDS systems, preferably Amadeus
  • Prior experience in escalation support or peer coaching
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and operational dashboards preferred
  • Strong team player with a proactive and collaborative mindset
