Team Lead AI Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, AI Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, multi-agent AI systems and oversee the development of agentic applications
• Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers while establishing engineering standards and conducting code reviews
• Define governance and monitoring strategies to ensure safe and compliant AI system behavior in production

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with production LLM deployment
• Experience in architecting multi-agent orchestration systems and deploying oracle/supervisor agents
• Demonstrated experience in a team leadership or technical lead capacity
• Experience guiding software development teams through the product lifecycle using agile methodologies
• Preferred domain expertise in healthcare revenue lifecycle and financial operations
