Team Lead, AI Engineering

Job Summary

Guiding the Core AI Agentic Development Team, the full-time Team Lead, AI Engineering will maintain a hands-on technical presence while mentoring Senior AI Engineers and overseeing the development of scalable, multi-agent AI systems aimed at transforming healthcare revenue cycle management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable, multi-agent AI systems, providing architectural direction for complex agent orchestration
• Oversee end-to-end development of agentic applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance standards
• Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers, fostering best practices in LLM development and system design

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in architecting multi-agent orchestration systems and deploying oracle/supervisor agents
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding software development teams through the product lifecycle using agile methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with production LLM deployment
• Deep technical knowledge in building scalable agent architectures with a focus on system integration and governance
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
