Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AML/CTF, including 2+ years in crypto AML
• 1-2+ years in a team leadership role within an operational environment
• Expertise in AML controls, typologies, and compliance frameworks
• Experience in conducting investigations and preparing regulatory reports
• Proficient with crypto on-chain analytics tools
