Job Summary
Overseeing quality assurance and educational delivery for client projects, the full-time remote Team Lead, Auditing Consultant will manage auditor training, maintain auditing playbooks, and serve as a liaison between leadership and the auditing team.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure quality assurance, report creation, and educational delivery for client projects
- Coordinate scheduling and facilitate communication between auditors and leadership
- Provide training and ongoing support for new and existing auditors while maintaining compliance with coding guidelines
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an auditing/education consultant
- Consistent department QA scores of 97% or higher for the past 6 months
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients' workflows and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with audit summary and final reporting functions within SalesForce
- Demonstrated thought leadership in improving audit processes and efficiency
