Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a remote team of BDRs while managing a personal book of business
- Lead the team in generating, nurturing, and qualifying leads through various outreach methods
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaign strategies and track performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a BDR Team Lead role preferred
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Slack
- Healthcare industry experience required; enterprise sales experience is a plus
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and conversion rates for continuous improvement
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and leverage data-driven sales strategies
