Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor a remote team of BDRs while managing a personal book of business
  • Lead the team in generating, nurturing, and qualifying leads through various outreach methods
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaign strategies and track performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a BDR Team Lead role preferred
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Slack
  • Healthcare industry experience required; enterprise sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and conversion rates for continuous improvement
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and leverage data-driven sales strategies
