• Manage documentation team and ensure clarity and standardization of procedures
• Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and coordinate training for outsourced resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Financial Services, process management, or project management
• 3+ years of direct staff supervision experience
• Experience in account management and vendor relationship management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
