Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Care Engagement Team
  • Conduct telephonic outreach to members for various engagement initiatives
  • Perform auditing processes, identify trends, and report on productivity
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED with 5 years of experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Medicare, Medicaid managed care, or insurance environment preferred
  • 4+ years of combined customer service and call center experience
  • Knowledge of managed care software systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
