Team Lead Care Partner

Job Summary

Supporting the manager in coaching and program reporting, the full-time Team Lead Care Partner will oversee team operations, facilitate meetings, and directly contribute to caregiver-to-member matching outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and organize program reporting and data tracking for various pod programs
• Co-facilitate team meetings and ensure alignment across Care Partner teams
• Provide onboarding and training support for new Care Partners, reinforcing workflow standards

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Care Partner role with a strong performance record
• Demonstrated ability to guide and train teammates on workflows and tools
• Familiarity with Care Partner operations and tools such as Five9, Retool, and WMT
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
