Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of GTM Enablement Managers while providing hands-on guidance
  • Own execution quality across Client Onboarding and Success enablement programs, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Track program-level metrics and provide actionable feedback to improve future delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM enablement, program management, or a related role
  • 1+ years of experience managing or leading teams across multiple initiatives
  • Strong experience in process design, operational monitoring, and project management
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology or SaaS organization
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of delivering outcomes in fast-paced environments
