Job Summary
Managing a team of 12-13 agents, the full-time Team Lead - Clinical Data will oversee performance metrics, ensure operational efficiency, and act as the primary liaison with management in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Directly manage team performance to meet quality standards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor daily operations for efficiency and compliance, addressing any workflow issues proactively
- Serve as the primary communication link between the team and the Service Delivery Manager, facilitating strategic initiatives and reporting
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role within a customer service or operations environment
- Demonstrated success in managing teams to meet or exceed performance standards
- Solid experience with performance metrics and conducting quality assessments
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with record retrieval systems and proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office
