Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead- Customer Contact and Collections Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Support supervision of collections staff with ongoing coaching and metric reporting
- Maintain high levels of collections metrics and create action plans for outstanding debts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance or 5 years' relevant health care experience
- 3 years' experience managing a staff of 5-10 collectors
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of business processes and their impact on accounting procedures
