Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead- Customer Contact and Collections Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support supervision of collections staff with ongoing coaching and metric reporting
  • Maintain high levels of collections metrics and create action plans for outstanding debts
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payments or accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance or 5 years' relevant health care experience
  • 3 years' experience managing a staff of 5-10 collectors
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of business processes and their impact on accounting procedures
