Team Lead, Concierge Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead to spearhead their Concierge team.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of Associates to deliver high-quality service and ensure their growth and performance metrics
• Identify and address gaps in processes, collaborating with various teams to implement improvements
• Manage high-stakes escalations and guide the team through changes in business strategy and product launches

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people management experience with a proven track record of developing talent
• 4+ years of experience in a financial institution with knowledge across multiple business pillars
• Experience in leading teams through significant organizational changes or growth phases is preferred
• Background in Private Wealth or Fintech leadership is a plus
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
