Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Configuration Testing - Pricing/Networx/Facets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee testing of medical benefits, provider reimbursement, claims workflow, and clinical editing
• Guide staff onboarding, training, and development while prioritizing daily tasks and resolving resource contention
• Audit system configuration for accuracy and internal controls to minimize fraud and business issues

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of health plan business or systems solutions experience
• Exposure to Facets or equivalent system preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is preferred
