Team Lead, Configuration Testing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Configuration Testing (Benefits/App Support/CES).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities related to testing of medical benefits, provider reimbursement, and claims workflow
• Guide and train staff, prioritize work, and escalate resource contention issues
• Track issues and coordinate with business areas to provide solutions and ensure compliance with ticket controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of three years of health plan business or systems solutions experience
• Preferred exposure to Facets or equivalent system
• Prior supervisory experience is preferred
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is preferred
