Team Lead, Configuration Testing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Configuration Testing (RPA/Automation).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities related to testing of medical benefits, provider reimbursement, and claims workflow
• Guide and direct staff onboarding, training, and development while prioritizing tasks and managing resources
• Track issues, provide solutions, and ensure compliance with ticket controls prior to system implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of three years of health plan business or systems solutions experience
• Exposure to Facets or equivalent systems preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is preferred
